Services Agreement
_______________________________, hereinafter referred to as ‘Customer’, represented by _____________________________________, acting on the basis of the Charter, on the one hand, and __________________________, acting as _________________________, hereinafter referred to as ‘Contractor’, on the other hand. have concluded this agreement as follows:
1. Subject of the contract
1.1 The Customer entrusts and the Contractor undertakes to render the services specified in the Appendices (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Appendix’) attached to this contract in accordance with the procedure and on the terms and conditions specified in this contract.
1.2 The Contractor shall render services to the Customer on the basis of the agreements of the Appendices or invoices issued as an integral part of this contract and the invoices issued.
1. Rights & Obligations of the Parties
2.1 The Contractor undertakes to:
— Provide the services in accordance with the Appendices and invoices;
- not later than 5 (Five) calendar days from the date of completion of services rendering send to the Customer the acceptance certificate of rendered services.
2.2 The Contractor has the right:
- on the basis of a power of attorney issued in accordance with the established procedure, to represent the Customer on the issues that are the subject of this agreement in relations with all organisations, institutions and citizens;
