Supportwave
Supportwave is a website for an IT service with a built-in call center, helping companies solve tech issues through a subscription model. We designed the entire platform from scratch — from UX architecture and interface to logo, identity, and motion graphics. The project followed a strict technical brief: we had to meet tight deadlines, maintain high visual standards, and ensure full accessibility compliance. All 3D elements and animations were created in Spline and handed off as standalone modules.

Objective
The visual style is built on a high-contrast system with a strong blue accent — restrained, technical, and easy to process. Our goal was to create an aesthetic where motion enhances clarity rather than distracts from it. Animations are subtle, supporting structure instead of stealing focus. Navigation, text, and transitions all work together to create a unified and trustworthy experience.
Solution
This project became a benchmark in precision: a tight deadline, a demanding client, and WCAG 2 certification set the bar high. We didn’t just follow the guidelines — we built a system where every block is calibrated for contrast, readability, and interactive accessibility. Adaptive logic was carefully considered down to the last detail: from form behavior to how animations respond in Spline. The result is a site that handles both peak load and accessibility audits — without compromising its visual quality.
