ClockClick — a marketplace-auction platform for premium watch enthusiasts. The task was to build the platform from scratch — every interface detail had to reflect prestige, and every scenario had to be fully thought through. We had just 21 days to deliver, without compromising on quality or logic.

Objective
We worked closely with the client — from clarifying the requirements to the final delivery. Together we refined the technical specification, aligning it with business goals and user scenarios. Transparency was part of the approach: the client had full access to all work-in-progress files and could see the project coming together at every stage.
Solution
Our team handled the entire UX and UI, crafted the visual identity, and developed the logo and brandbook with guidelines. The visual style strikes a balance between neutral professionalism and refined aesthetics: simple forms, minimal distractions, and strict restraint build a sense of trust and prestige. Everything was done in a mobile-first logic, tailored for an audience used to speed, convenience, and visual clarity.
Metrics & outcomes
Product CTR increased by 50%—from 4.8% to 7.2%. Average time on the platform grew by 37%, reaching 2 minutes 10 seconds. Conversion to purchase rose from 0.7% to 1.3%, also giving a 85% uplift.
